Exchanges & Returns:
When receiving your order check that all products have been delivered in their original packaging, properly sealed.
If at the moment of delivery of the request you find any irregularity, such as packaging or product defective, refuse the same. In case of receipt, please contact our Customer Service Department (email@example.com) within 24 hours.
Check the Warranty Term and the Instruction Manual that accompanies the purchased product with regard to proper use, so as not to lose the legal warranty provided by Aegir.
In case of regret or dissatisfaction with any product purchased on Aegir's website, the customer shall effect his request within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. After this date we will be unable to comply with the request.
Should any product prove to be defective after 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt, but within the product warranty period, contact Aegir Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Br) for proper repair or replacement.
The customer may only exchange or return the product upon presentation of the corresponding invoice.
The product must be in perfect conditions of use and in its original packaging properly sealed, except for products with manufacturing defects, which must be accompanied by the respective manuals and accessories.
